So is the changing face of Penge all for good, and what can be done to improve things.

It was a real shame to see the locksmiths shop on Penge High Street near to Tesco Express close down earlier this year, this has for long been a place to rely on for keys cut, and range of other useful items. We don't think there is anywhere else in Penge to do the same, though we know Homebase and other stores offer some of the items.

So what is happening in Penge?
Fish & Chip Shop, Hasibo, right there on the High Street 8 Central Parade SE20 7TN (opposite Lidl Store) Tel 020 8676 0764 for pre-ordering (not deliveries).  We think Hasibo is the best fish and chip shop in the area, especially as they offer great econmy meals like a small cod and chips for £3.50p. Also they are very friendly and ready to serve. If ordering a large chips be prepared for a LARGE portion.
